LICOA Brokerage Service Incorporated supports agents with a combination of innovative products and services that are very well received in the marketplace for personal and commercial use. We provide market platforms, which in some instances, will allow for complete turnkey operations covering the full spectrum of marketing, presentation, sales and service allowing the agents to be free of any effort or expense. All products and programs are structured for the highest level of compensation or reimbursement.  In some instances sales and marketing help can be made available if needed.  This would be done on a case by case basis depending on the product and the opportunity.  A commission split would be determined for this service.
